Allergan 4Q Revenues: $1.9 billion (+14%) 4Q Earnings: $539.1 million (+73%) FY Revenues: $7.2 billion (+15%) FY Earnings: $1.5 billion (+55%) Comments: Specialty pharmaceutical sales increased 12% in the quarter to $1.6 billion. Medical devices sales increased 21% to $282.3 million. In the quarter, Actavis and Allergan entered an agreement under which Actavis will acquire Allergan in transaction valued at approximately $66 billion.
